She looked almost like an angel! The morning sun shone straight on her face through the mantle, reflecting even more the pinkness of her cheeks, the shallow pearly swirls were faintly visible, her lips drew a perfect smile, and what was in her dream? What was in her dream?
Keith quietly watched Ria’s sleeping face from the side of the bed as if he were looking at a treasure, his gaze persistently lingering on her face.
That’s her, there are a lot of girls like her who love trouble and move like rabbits, but she’s the only one who has touched his heart for more than twenty years, so who cares if she wants it or not, it’s her anyway!
He had always thought he was looking for someone to accompany him on his travels, to drive him, to pull him. Who dared to risk their lives to stay? Vampires are immortal, but Keith has a way of making this “immortality” into a life-threatening situation, where you can’t die if you want to, and sometimes death is still a relief!
